The name Melanger represents the proprietors three adult children Melanie, Andrew and Gerard.

Melanger was created by Joyce Keating due to the demand of safety management programmes within working environments. Key issues of concern for business and organisations were safety and risk analysis and how to manage, mitigate or reduce risks and hazards in the workplace.

By combining skill-sets of previous business experience and professional qualifications, listed below, Joyce enables Melanger to provide a quality service to clients. However, Melanger  may collaborate with other professionals for their expertise depending on clients requirements or industry. Melanger’s aim is to deliver Environmental  Health and Safety Management training and consulting to clients while considering the elements of Physical Safety, Emotional Safety.
